2 for EC kettlebells and 4 braved the chill for a full-body dance circuit. Rest was limited between sets and each circuit presented its own challenges. The goal was to hit as many body parts as possible while pushing as hard as possible within each circuit. We warmed up on Doogie”s plyometric ladder and a little bit more in the dance pavilion. Once the juices were flowing, we embarked upon a high-tempo circuit tour of the AO. We didn”t even have time for selfies.

- 1-minute BTTW
- 1-minute People”s Chair with arm raises and leg raises
- 10 cadence count burpees

- 10 regular pull ups

Circuit 5:

- 50 pelvic thrusts
- 25 wide-grip merkins
Circuit 6:
- 30 step ups with alternating leg raised high
- 10 diamond grip merkins
- 30 decline mountain climbers
