Nice crowd embraced the Honeybadger site for the start of the weekend. YHC planned to replicate Juco’s Q from a couple of months back which still to this day is the hardest YHC has seen at this site.

The Thang
We moseyed over to the circle down from City Hall to hit the wall for some arm work. Some of us were greeted by red ants after we received over 2″ of rain from the day before.
15 erkins
15 derkins
15 dips
We called it quits midway through the dip exercises as YHC had been attacked at this point. Time to mosey down to the area where the food trucks line up across from the Farmer’s Market each weekend. Each PAX would partner up and complete 100 merkins at the top of the hill and 200 air dramas at the bottom. YHC failed to explain the number of merkins at the top per trip but the PAX rolled with it until we completed both.
Stay with your partners for wheelbarrow over the bridge and around the bottom part of Central Park.
We moseyed over to the covered area at the Farmer’s Market for some Jack Webb. We completed these in increments of 4(1 merkin/4 overhead press). YHC wanted to to bear crawl up and crawl bear down at the midway point but some visitor’s prohibited this from occuring.
We stopped the Jack Webb’s after 8 and had to mosey back to the City Hall as we were tight on time. We were able to circle up and complete the last two rounds after we circled up.

COT
The lack of a gameplan for this morning’s festivities caught up to YHC as we had to audible a few times throughout the workout. Thanks to the PAX for bearing with me and assisting me to get through.
