October 4, 2016

WHEN: 10/04/2016

3 PAX attacked FHP with the gusto of three blue-chip athletes in their prime, and by prime I mean more of a “masters” prime, age 36-44. It”s great to be back dancing with the home unis on at Forest Hills Park. You know what they say? It takes two to tango, but it takes three to dominate a kettlebell workout!

Mosey to the tennis courts for some suicides. I call them strider suicides because they are somewhere between a sprint and a jog.
