This what YHC’s first Q at #thebigdance. With the forecast fairly cold, I figured some running and hill work would be best. Given the Final Four was coming up, I figured the PAX needed to practice climbing some ladders to cut some nets down.

Mosey to Hermitage Ct. Hill for a Jacobs Ladder using standard merkins and squats as our exercises.

Once complete, we Ricky Bobby’d to the Ward St Hill for our second ladder. Here YHC cut it a little short due to time. The ladder consisted of 1 wide grip merkin and 5 air dramas.

Mosey back to AO for a short Mary. Flutters, Freddie Mercury, and 10 count low plank ring of fire.
