YHC showed up around 5:20am to a surprising amount of cars already in the parking lot. I’m always am paranoid I’ll over sleep when I’m the Q but with the help of my 2.0, I had been awake since 3am, so no need to worry about oversleeping today. Just a lot of extra time to think about the cold ahead. As I’m sitting there waiting to step out of my car, Shake-It comes running in after an EC run. Right at 5:30, 4 PAX came in from an EC ruck.
We start off the warm up with:

The PAX Ricky Bobby’d over to the top of Chubbs hill to start a tour of “The Farm”. At each intersection we passed on the route, we did an exercise, adding a new exercise at each stop. Here are the exercises:

- 15 Merkins
Stop 2
- Stop 1 repeated
- 15 Peter Parkers
Stop 3 (YHC took one turn to early. Told PAX to sprint to round-a-bout and quickly realized there was not round-a-bout ahead. Worked in the end. Other route probably would have made time go over.)

- 15 parker peters
Stop 4- bottom of Chubb’s Hill
- Stops 1-3 repeated
- 40 Johnny Dramas
Stop 5- top of Chubb’s Hill
- Stops 1-4 repeated
- 15 Bobby Hurleys
Mosey back to AO as a quicker pace. YHC was running out of time at this point. Had planned on doing one more stop and adding 20 lunges. Decided to add the lunges back at the AO before a Mary consisting of: 20 CC Flutters, 20 CC LBCs, and 10 count ring of fire plank hold.
