SSH x 52

BWS x 30

IW x 10

WMH x 10

Monkey humper x 10

Body builder x 10

Mt. Climber x 20

Merkin Ladder up to 10 and back down

Total warm-up reps = 242

The Thang:

Line up in the corner of the field for a sprint lap.  Plank in order of completion.  Of course Assisi, Brick, and Misery finished first which was the point.  They split up and each grabbed two guys from the end to form their group, continue until Pax are splint into 6 groups of 3.

Groups of three line up along sideline for 3-man DORA.  The first and last exercise — Burpees.  You guessed it, 242.  One man sprints to half field and back while other two are doing burpees.  Each group has to get 242 to finish.

YHC had planned a couple more rounds of 242 DORA but had to audible.

Belching (yes it’s an F3 exercise routine (https://f3nation.com/exercises/):  All PAX line up on sideline and lay down on stomach.  When YHC yells go hop up and all out sprint to 1/4 field then dive down and hold for Q to call exercise.  10 merkins.  Go! pop up and sprint to half field dive down and hold.  10 WWIIs.  Go, next line sprint, 5 slow count merkins. Go.  sprint to end then 20 WWII’s.

Return to start on all fours, Pax choice of bear crawl or crab walk.

Backwards run across field then mosey to center for Mary.

Mary:

20 cadence-count heels to heaven

30 cadence-count flutters

20 cadence-count peach pickers

My favorite post-workout comment came from Big Kat — “that was ambitious”.

Prayers:

Congratulations to Appomattox and his M on their new baby boy Daniel.

Thankful for the blessing of freedom and for all those who have sacrificed for that freedom.  The best way we can show our thanks is to serve our fellow man and live a humble life of gratitude.

It’s an honor and privilege to lead this group.
