The Thang
We split up into two groups for social distancing purposes. Both groups did the same workout, but we staggered to keep groups separated. First group ran to Rise parking lot. Second group planked for two minutes and then ran to Rise parking lot.
At parking lot next to Rise
- Bear crawl up the left side of the parking lot
- Traveling merkins across the top of the parking lot to the right side
- Crawl bear down to bottom
Run to big parking lot across the street
At big parking lot
Group 1 runs to first corner
Group 2 runs to first corner in the opposite direction. Each group does 100 cumulative of the following exercises at each corner. Each PAX call out every 5 until the group collectively hits 100.
First corner – Burpees
Second corner – Overhead claps
Third corner – Merkins
Last corner World War IIs
Round 2: Same format. PAX circle the parking lot, stopping at each corner for an exercise. These counts are individual and done together. Round 2 was incrementing squats
- 20 single count squats done as a group at first corner.
- 40 squats at next turn
- 60 squats at third turn
- 80 squats at final turn
Round 3: Same as round 2, but with Merkins
- 5 Merkins
- 10 Merkins
- 15 Merkins
- 20 Merkins
Run back to Rise parking lot for bear crawl up the right side, traveling merkins to left side, crawl bear down
