I blame Yanni. These pull-ups are relentless and the EC continues to focus on pounding shoulders to the point of not wanting to face a pull-up bar every morning. We press on though, the dread fades as you get to it. The same could be said about anything really.
ME: typical warm up
Burpee sprint with ladder to 15. Partner up and wheel barrow back
Bearway to heaven with merkins and squats to 10
Squats and stairs for 60 squats (had to break up the shoulder work)
Lunge walk to the busses and balls to the bus relieved by people’s chair
Merkin wheel x 10 each way
