Grab a CB, pick it up and put it down on your other side

Arm extension forward with CB x20
Calf raises with CB IC x20
Merkins with one arm on CB x10 repeat with other arm
American hammers modified with CB
CB bench press IC x20
Put back CB
Mosie 1/8 mile stop
