With several Pleasantville regulars participating in the flash mob up at Devil”s Ridge, YHC was expecting a small crowd today, so he was pleasantly surprised to see a group of 10 guys up early to start the week off right. Here”s what we did:
Fellowship lap around Market Street then head for the parking garage behind the Town Hall Grill.
COP: Imperial Walkers (took the Q a few reps to figure out the count), WMH, slow good mornings, arm circles.
Start off with a modification of Coco”s bud/s workout. In the parking garage, do 5 merkins, 5 squats, and 5 ab exercises of your choice, then take a lap. Then 10/10/10, lap. 15/15/15, lap, 20/20/20, lap. 25/25/25, lap, then back down to 5/5/5.
Next it”s Eddie the Eagle”s leg blasters. 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 jump lunges, 10 jump squats. Ideally we”d have done 10 sets but time was running short so we only did 5. They still left a mark.
