It”s been brewing for a long time, and today it finally boiled over. Sixteen men came out to Pleasantville today and punches were thrown. Here”s what we did:
Extra Credit – two showed up for a pre-workout 5k run.
COP – SSH, Arm Circles, WMH, merkins
Main Event – Grab two bricks from the trunk of Moore”s car and head to the parking garage where three heavy bags were hanging from the rafters. Split into groups of 5 or 6. One minute rounds where one guy hits the bag, one does brick merkins with arms on high between reps, one does squats/overhead presses with bricks, one does hammers with bricks in hand, and one gets a rest and holds the heavy bag. At the sound of the bell, rotate. After about 20 minutes of this, take your bricks, run to the bottom of the hill, shadow box for one minute with the Bricks in hand then sprint up the hill and do 40 jumps in the air with the bricks held on high like Rocky at the top of the Philadelphia Art Museum. Repeat 4 times.
Finish up with some Mary including World War IIs with a triple shadow box at the top of each rep and then some pretend jump rope.
Closing prayer
Brutal yet awesome Q by Moore and Zika. Great job trying something completely new. Moore”s arms were so tired he spilled his coffee in the car on the way to work.
