Nobody leaves empty handed. 8 PAX gathered for a Co-Q from Rebar and Catskill on Valentines Day. We promised to get your heart going on Valentines Day and to leave with a gift for your M.

The Thang

Split into two teams: Team Rebar (Spooky, Nacho, DB) and Team Catskill (Malware, Klinger, Fish and Chips), start the competion, winner of each competition get’s the roses posted at each location.

• Ricky Bobby to the traffic circle in front of the school. Bear Crawl Relay around the circle, while active PAX is crawling, other PAX are doing AMRAP merkins. Team Rebar earned the roses with a come behind anchor lap by Spooky.
• Ricky Bobby to the way bottom of Tar Hill. Partner up, size does matter. Buddy Carry to the top of the hill, switching who carries as necessary. Team Rebar is once again victorious and grabbed the roses.
• Mosey to the back of the school for dips and derkins. 200 dips and 200 derkins accumulative, first team to complete wins. This not only tested our strength and endurance but our math skills. Team Catskill was victorious and took the new roses and previous roses held by Team Rebar.
• Ricky Bobby to the the rally point for some tire work. First round of relays was the tire flip relay, down and back for each PAX while, waiting PAX performed AMRAP WWIIs and/or LBCs. Team Rebar wins.
• Second Round was 30 sledge hammer hits on the tire per PAX while the waiting PAX performed AMRAP burpees. Team Catskill wins.
• Third Round was a crab walk relay while waiting PAX performed toe taps on the tires. Team Rebar (thanks Spooky)
• Bonus Round was firemans carry from the inside of the tire while waiting PAX did AMRAP squats. Team Catskill takes the victory
