The Thang:

3 PAX arrived at 0530 for 30 minutes of Ruck PT. 9 stepped off at 0600 at leisurely pace. Griswold found us at around the 1 hour 15 minute mark. By then, Engima, Bright Idea, and Flenderson had peeled off for Other Things. Today was a great day for fellowship. We took it relatively easy in terms of pace, we had an FNG (who happens to be Topper’s brother-in-law and YHC’s new across-the-street neighbor), and we talked, and walked, and talked, and walked.  Not much more to be said, other than we got in between 6 and 6.5 miles, dependent on peoples’ start times and when they had to peel off.

Saturdays are typically 6th day in a row of working. I am always thankful to the PAX that show up on a Saturday morning, pushing themselves and me to be better.
