10- (aptly named Shark Tank power ups)- Sit ups with the up to a push over head
20- curls
20- Tricep extensions
10- Homers
Fellowship Lap around the parking lot- rinse and repeated three times with one of the fellowship laps being a Bernie Sanders
We threw in some 3 count dying cockroaches in there along with some LBCs.
Since @spooky had a last minute cancellation due to some booster side effects, I had set up my turkey nonsense. We decided to spend the last 8 minutes or so doing some overhead claps with the weighted balls.
We did 15 IC of those along with some low squat holds and turkey tosses. Followed by some partner turkey passes Mary.
