Seven PAX gathered in mid-30s temperatures on aquiet UNC campus Monday morning to continue their assault on their rapidlyexpanding holiday waistlines. The burn of some 300 calories over the next 45minutes would likely negate two Christmas cookies but would not work off oneserving of Claxton Fruit Cake.
The Thang:
Warmup SSH x 25, Squats x 10, Windmills x 10, Arm Circles front and back x 10 each, Merkins uphill x 10, Merkins downhill x 10.
Move into Kenan Stadium to the field. We ran the stairs for approximately 20 minutes, doing 10 squats at the top of every aisle and 10 merkins at field level.
After 30 seconds of bows to toes planks, we ran one round of Four Corners, doing Carolina Dry Docks in each corner (count 10, 12 and 15), with walking lunges the final leg across the end zone.
Then it was up to the concourse for three sets of dips x 20 and People’s Chairs x 30 seconds, followed by a round of Mary (Freddie Mercuries, flutters, Russian twists, WWIIs, bows to toes planks among others).
From there we repaired to the North Gate for COT.
