Another Brick in the Wall

I love the little wall behind the school. Its low enough to be used for many exercises. Plus, I never get the feeling like I’m not gonna make and end up with another scar on my chin! 2 pax had a fellowship jog for EC and were then joined by 4 more pax for the ME.

Warm Up

What Had Happened

We split into 2 group to make everything a competition. took a lap around the school finishing at that sweet little wall by the bball court.

The comp: OYO exercises; low squat hold till all were in.

  • 20 wall jumps OYO
  • 20 spit leg squats–each leg
  • 20 squats, down til you touched the wall.
  • 20 toe touches

We took a lap around the school returning to that sweet little wall. OYO exercises; plank hold till all were in.

  • 20 erkins
  • 20 dips
  • 20 derkins
  • 20 dips

Teams took turns calling an exercise that each pax, when it was his turn, ran to the middle of the court to complete and then returned to the baseline for the next pax to take his turn. While not running to middle, the other pax did some sort of hold. Both teams did 10-15 burpees OYO following this competition, cause we’re just that awesome. Exercises included:

  • 20 Lunges/low squat
  • 20 Dry docks/plank
  • 20 IC LBCs/People’s Chair
  • 20 Mountain Climbers/Plank
