An All Hallows’ Day Workout in a Box

YHC pre-ordered one of those fancy-shmancy F3 workout decks a while back and despite receiving it back in September it has sat unused and unloved. Today was the day to bring it out.

Warmup: SSH (25), Good Mornings (10), Imperial Walkers (10), Slow Merkins (10)

The Main Event:

The PAX mosey’d to the basketball courts to have easy access to a low wall. The deck was brought out and each PAX took a turn drawing two cards. An exercise listed on one of the cards was chosen, and the reps were determined by the other card (#+10 for number cards, 25 for face cards, 100 for aces).

In this manner, a number of exercises were carried out including: SSH, hand release merkins, hand-clap merkins, WWIIs, squats, lunge walk, backward lunge, dips, slow squats, merkins, LBCs, Freddie Mercury’s, American hammers, shoulder taps, high plank hold, plank jacks, smurf jacks, and more that YHC is forgetting. After every 5 or 6 draws, PAX took a lap around the school.
