A Step Back In Time

With Week 1 of the 2019 Iron Pax Challenge starting up this week, YHC decided we’d step back in time to last year and complete the Week 1 2018 Iron Pax Challenge. About half-way through, YHC was questioning whether or not that was a wise decision.

Warm Up

  • Run a lap around the circle
  • Groiners x20
  • Good Mornings x10
  • Arm Circles, F & R x10 each
  • Slow Merkins x10
  • Calf Stretches

The Thang

2018 Iron Pax Week 1 Challenge–4 rounds of:

  • 50 Air Squats
  • 40 Big Boi Situps
  • 30 Merkins
  • 20 Bonnie Blairs (each leg)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 400m run

Total time: about 34 minutes.
