With Week 1 of the 2019 Iron Pax Challenge starting up this week, YHC decided we’d step back in time to last year and complete the Week 1 2018 Iron Pax Challenge. About half-way through, YHC was questioning whether or not that was a wise decision.
Warm Up
- Run a lap around the circle
- Groiners x20
- Good Mornings x10
- Arm Circles, F & R x10 each
- Slow Merkins x10
- Calf Stretches
The Thang
2018 Iron Pax Week 1 Challenge–4 rounds of:
- 50 Air Squats
- 40 Big Boi Situps
- 30 Merkins
- 20 Bonnie Blairs (each leg)
- 10 Burpees
- 400m run
Total time: about 34 minutes.
