12 PAX showed up at 5:00 for EC, 9 for running the Pine and 3 for Everest hill repeats. 7 more joined for the main event bringing our total to 19. It felt like a balmy spring day even thought it was only 32 degrees. Yesterday was 18 degrees. Amazing what a little perspective does for the brain. YHC hasn’t Q’ed at Rameses for a while and it felt good to be back. Dropped in a little music to mix things up but the 2 girly songs instead made men out of the boys.
Warmup:

Sally – at a minimum, hold high plank the entirety of the song. Try to hold low plank every time Moby says “Bring Sally Down” until Sally is brought up again. If you can complete this song like that, you are an absolutely stud. I challenge you to try it.
The Thang:
Partner up and head to the bottom of THWM:
Trip #1 – Buddy carry to the top. Rotate partners as necessary. Circle up at top for 60 seconds of WWII’s for each partner while one holds the other’s feet. Switch
Trip #2 – Bear crawl first section. Wheelbarrow 2nd section and rotate partners as necessary. Broad jump the top section. Circle up – 1st partner planks while the 2nd jumps over him and does a burpee, jump back over, burpee – repeat for 60 seconds. Switch
Trip #3 – Run to the top. Circle up for Roxanne. SSH the entirety of the song and then do a burpee every time Sting says Roxanne.
Trip #4 – Buddy carry to the top. Rotate partners as necessary.
