Singlet had the Q today and killed it! Happy birthday, brother!
Happy to begin my sweet 16 X 2 with eager gentleman at Amrap for the ‘Magic Johnson’ (#32… get it?). As cold as it was I ready to get moving to create some heat (You know singlet hates the cold). It wasn’t your typical Singlet Q. We actually RAN at Amrap. Hears how it all went down.

COT: Thinking about what ‘32’ meant to me, immediately Magic Johnson came to mind. I thought about his strength, talent, and perseverance. I also was reminded of his battle with HIV. Soon I began to think about my father who passed in 2006 from a 20 year battle with HIV/AIDS. There’s a lot I could say about him but the number one thing is he was fighter and possessed more perseverance than I understood. The reason we keep waking up at 5am to beat ourselves up is because we are men who PERSEVERE AND FIGHT and push through… and we don’t push/fight alone (that’s why we pushed the truck with a partner). That’s what F3 is all about…
