Intro
The very long overdue Virgin Q of Screech was kicked off by the arrival of 22 PAX at Forest Hills including a barefoot Chubbs. The first arrivals were welcomed by Screech huddled in his car anxiously reviewing the F3 “Counting Cadence” video.

Fellowship jog to Starting Point
The Thang
We started the main event with an indian run at fellowship pace moving around the forest hills loop. The pace was increased to a bit more than fellowship pace 3/4 of the way through.
Conclusion of indian run at back at starting point lead into crawl bears down the hill with low plank hold for those done first.
150-yard sprint back to road before a mozzying over to the swing set.
15 swerkins per man while the rest of the PAX alternated between jump squats, prisoner squats and American Hammers.
We then moved over to the tennis courts where we started with suicides broken up by 5, 10, 15 and 20 merkins at the intervals. Wall sits for those who finished first.
Next was the crab walk the full length of the four tennis courts followed by a backwards run to the starting point.
We finished with traditional suicides on all four courts with a balls to the wall finish.
