#Rameses has that reputation. First Chapel Hill AO. Longest running still active AO in Churham. TWHM. BFH. OSBD. SYITMFG. Is it this reputation that brings out the best of the Q and the fellow PAX, to push each other a little harder, give a little more? I say this not to denigrate any other AO in Churham; they're all great in their own right. Rather I liken this being more analogous with the opportunity to play at MSG, the Rose Bowl, Wembley. Poor analogies and personal reflection aside, here is what the HIM of #rameses did this morning, courtesy of an OG, Subprime, modified to put it on the hill.

Run to upper lot
Warmarama
Side Shuffle Hop x 25 IC, Air Squats x 15 SC, Imperial Walkers x 15 IC, Merkins x 10 IC.

THE THANG (modified from hooker fields and Fetzer bleachers to THWM and the pavilion).
Mosey back down to the bottom of THWM. YHC noticed they put some drainage rocks along the far side of the lower section of the hill, making getting around the lower gate more challenging, especially given the lack of light. Modification of the modification to stay between the two gates and use the upper half (in hindsight, this was a necessary adjustment). Starting at the lower gate, do 10 burpees, 10 jump squats, and 10 jump lunges. Run up to the upper gate and back down. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds. Plank it out/pick up the 6 until all in.
Mosey along the trail to the pavilion. 10 derkins, lead eagerly and graciously by FatTire, immediately into back to back 10 count plank holds with feet still elevated. 25 box jumps, 20 step ups (each leg).
Mosey to the tennis court, along the bleacher wall for a 90 second wall sit. Mosey back to start for mary.
MARY:
BBSU x 15 (3 count down, 1 count up)
BBSU x 15 (3 count up, 1 count down)
Flutters lead by Red October until 6:15 hit (25 IC).
ANNOUNCEMENTS / COT:
Red has fire wood for those interested.
Quarterly report this Saturday.
Prayers of gratitude from and wisdom for Gridlock as he navigates some life changes.
YHC took us out with a message that has resonated recently:
"A satisfied life is better than a successful life because a successful life is measured by others while a satisfied life is measured by our hearts, our minds, and our souls." Aye!
