On round 6, Nightshift was on his way back, finishing up his jump squats when Spy Balloon jogged out and joined him. This prompted praise from Nightshift for Spy's leadership, picking up the 6.

YHC shared a message Nightshift posed to him over the weekend: why do so many PAX not sign up to Q regularly? One of the Vortex site Qs then chimed in that they had a couple openings this month! Nightshift then added some context that when he first started, and there were only 5-6 guys showing up regularly at the sites he posted at, it meant if you weren't signing up, that put a lot of burden on the other PAX to lead every week. He realized he needed to step up and lead to help ease that burden. YHC tied this into a message/reminder that this is a leadership organization, and we all need to find those areas of need and become leaders. Not just at an F3 AO, but also home, community, work. We are Freed to Lead. Aye!
