After the timing snafu at #morningwood, YHC was determined to be there at the start this morning, and as such, got there plenty early to mosey a couple laps around the campus, clearing the spiderwebs ahead of our double lap ruck.
WARMUP:
Quick and easy get the body moving:

THE THANG:
For the two laps, YHC brought a few optional weights to bring along with us. Plates with handles as follows: Two 5lbs, Four 10lbs, two 25lbs, as well as a 60lbs sandbag. YHC took the sandbag for a lap, as the PAX wisely opted for the various other weights, which were passed around throughout the ruck. Obligatory monkeyhumpers near the traffic on our second pass through, which coincided with a passing car – mission accomplished with a quick and easy 10 IC, before carrying on back to start.
