YHC figured out how to use a speaker and set up an epic 90s hip hop playlist. We ran over to the new courthouse where we did some stair jumps in 15 second increments. Everytime the song skipped a different stair was jumped to.
After a couple rounds of stair jumps ran to NOE park and used the picnic tables. We then made it to 100 on different exercises with 15 seconds on and 15 seconds off
Made it back for a short Mary with American Hammers and Gas pumps.
