Standard warm-up
Then resistance workout with cinder blocks:
-curls, triceps, thursters x 3
Mosey to the track, where we did intervals of:
regular merkins, 200mts at 3/4 pace, wide-grip merkins, 200mts easy mosey, diamond merkins
repeat x3, last time with lunges instead of merkins
