Main Event – Iron Heart WOD (at least that is what I think it's called). Simple concept but a challenging workout.
10 rounds of 4 exercises. 20 reps first round. Decrease by two reps in subsequent rounds (i.e., 20-18-16…down to 2).
–Burpees
–Squats
–Hand Release Merkins
–Mountain Climbers
Run to other side of parking after each round.
