EC: Fertile and YHC hopped off the trail today to work on some dissected Pull-Up exercises. I have a feeling (already) that I’m going to regret this later. That just means we need to develop those muscles more!
6 faithful assembled for a 0530 session having been warned of a traveling workout. A quick warmarama of SSH and low squat holds (held low while PAX recited the 5 Core Principles of F3 – repeated 3x) – Good work men – these guys are getting it!
Off we moseyed to the Mosaic turf today for an admitted repeat of last Labor Days shenanigans.

THE THANG: From the Start Line, PAX Army Crawls to first side walk , 10 Peter Parker Merkins , Bear Crawl to second cross walk, 10 Diamond Merkins , Traveling Burpees to End side walk . Turn around Lunge Walk back to second cross walk, (5) 8 count Burpees , Lunge walk to first side walk and Recover back to start. We repeated this trip with PAX offering different exercise and different modes of travel. Time to return to AO.
Back to AO – we spent the last few minutes holding plank (10count ROF count), Plank Jack (IC), Plank Right Arm Up (5 count ROF count), Mountain Climber (IC), Plank Left Arm Up (5 count ROF count) which brought us to our time! Apple Watch said 2.3 miles! I wonder how much credit we got for Traveling Burpees?
