Finals week in Chapel Hill meant Hooker field was dark. As we all woke up and warmed up with some side shuffle hops and mountain climbers YHC laid out the plan – right around 10k with a hill and faster sections to get the heart rate up.

First mile – warmup to bottom of Hillsborough. Mile two – hard effort up MLK. Mile three – easy pace to next checkpoint at Chapel Hill Tire. PAX then ran hard effort down Graham and looped back to complete just over 1/2 mile for that section.

Easy pace back to AO to complete one fast stride to wrap it up. All PAX continuing to get fit ! Many looking good for some fast 5k and 10 mile times this spring
