Warmed up with SSHs, good mornings, mtn climbers, and arm circles – jogged around the parking lot and came back for one more round of warm ups.
Traveled to corner of school and executed: merkins, LBCs, squats, wide merkins, imperial walkers, and the chinooks.
Mosied to front of school and performed: hillbillies, goofballs, windmills, lunges, frankensteins, LBCs.
Headed to traffic circle: narrow merkins, willie mays hays, SSH, WWIIs, flutter kicks, and ring of fire merkins.
Finished up with ricky bobby (two trips around parking lot), cool downs, and COT.
