Coming off a trip to Orlando for wizards, jedis and an entire kingdom of animals, YHC needed to move faster than the pace of the overfed, matching shirt, eared up crowd. YCH did lament the weather not being what it was when we left on Saturday. Since we had no half wheelers in our group today, right at at 0530, we jumped into it.

THE THANG
We moseyed to the "Leaf" in Durham Central Park, with the intent to start at the bottom of the hill. Unfortunately there was a person sleeping in the Leaf, so we bearcrawled to the top of the hill, where YCH explained that todays' workout was going to focus on merkins in 10 pack increments so we could focus on 10 good ones versus multiple shitty ones. After a 10 set, we ran around the loop sidewalk, returning to the top for another 10 merkins. We then went to the flat part of the skate park to test out whether we could stay in cadence for SSH with YHC dropping the count after a 5 set. The PAX rocked this, with only YHC blowing it.

We then did another 10 set, with a run down the hill, and a lunge walk up the hill. At the top, we did another 10 set of merkins and a 20 set of squats. We did another loop, down the hill forward, up the hill backward, with a 10 set at the top. We then went to the skate park for a Slow IC set of 12 dips. We then did a set of coyote uglies, followed by another slow dip set, then switched partners for the other to get a set of coyotes in.

After a couple more loops with at least another 4 sets of 10 merkins, some LBCs, WW2s, and a new (to YHC) exercise a World War Thor, in the books, we moseyed back to startex.
