Split in 2 lines a Ricky Bobby to the next street.
At the Cameron-Graham parking lot.
Bear Crawl to the first turn and did downward dog to alternating runner stretch until the last guy in. This parking lot is exceptionally busy at the that hour, so we mosey'd up the street a bit.
Picked a dead end residential street next for Lunge Walk with world's greatest stretch (WGS). When the first porch lite came on I decide it was time to fee the scene.
Picked another street to Crab walk only to have a car turn on us almost immediately. At this point we retreated to bike path.
Slayed the Beast again followed by penalty Burpees for Harbaugh.
Slayed the Beast again followed by penalty Burpees for Slug.
At the fire department parking lot we finally got to do our crab walk followed by alt bird dog until all were in.
Low squat hold while we named the 5 core requirements of a F3 workout.
Mosey round to Eye wide open for Seal Burpees, then back to the AO.
Had just enough time to run 4 corner in the parking lot with 5, 10, 15, and 20 squats.
