COFFETERIA HEADCOUNT: 3

The PAX of Conjunction Junction rang in November a day late with a celebration of all things 11.

Warmarama: Inspired by Igloo's Q from last week, we kicked things off circled around parking spot F3. As far as I'm concerned, that means it's the new official CJ startex.
– SSH x11
– Imperial walkers & hillbillies x11 each
– SSH x11
– Arm circles forward & reverse, window washers x11 each
– SSH x11
– Mountain climbers & slow merkins x11 each
– SSH x11

ME: 11s Potpourri
– Dips & step-ups on the CHHS benches with karaokes across the sidewalk between each set.
– Mosey to the low wall around back of the school. Partner 11s: Carolina dry docks & box jumps while partner holds 'bows & toes. Switch between each set.
– Mosey to top of parking lot. More 11s! Merkins at the top of the hill, squats at the bottom.
– Mosey back to the field in front of the school. Lunge walk across field: 5 steps, hold lunge while executing 5 overhead claps. No, wait – 6 overhead claps! Shoutout to Tricurious (and others) for averting disaster by noting that 5 + 5 < 11…

Mary: 11 of many things (Freddie Mercuries, box cutters, flutter kicks, hello dollies, heels to heaven, supermans, sea turtles) plus one last bows & toes (let's pretend it was for a slow 11 count) to get us to 6:15.

COT:
– Prayers to Fish & Chips's mother as she is in the early stages of Alzheimer's and to his brother who will be the local caretaker.
– Thoughts to YHC's brother as he shuts down his business that he put his all into for the last 8+ years and faces the professional unknown.
– Slug's big 60 is coming up next week. Don't miss the birthday Q at CJ!
– Prayers to all of us that we will be able to maintain our self-respect as we get repeatedly left in the dust by a 60-year-old in the coming months and years… Respect in advance, Slug.
– As the men of F3 go back out into our jobs and the community as leaders, help grow new leaders from those around us, including those that may not be running at the front of the pack.

Aye!
