Looking at the calendar, YHC couldn’t help but notice that it was October 10th. This suggested a relatively straight forward theme! The PAX were promised a 10/10 workout on Slack, and they definitely received a workout on 10/10! Besides, how hard can anything be if you’re never doing more than 10 reps…

- LBAC/Reverse x10

- Slow Squat x10

Mosey to the big steps outside the parking deck. Simple start, with 3 rounds (seemed more practical than 10 rounds) of the following:
- 10 Derkins SC
- 10 Dips IC
- 10 Urkins SC
Recovery Mosey to the track. YHC explained to the PAX that we were to take 1 lap around the track, in the following way:
- 10 lunge walk steps, then do 10 Merkins where you are. Continue/Repeato until 100 meters complete
- 10 broad jumps, then 10 diamond Merkins. Continue/Repeato until the 2nd 100 meters complete
- 10 skips, then 10 wide grip Merkins. Continue/Repeato until the 3nd 100 meters complete
- 10 backward run strides, then 10 HR Merkins. Continue/Repeato until the final 100 meters complete
Phew! Our arms needed a break. Recovery Mosey past the front of Cameron Indoor, down the steps to the Will-Call ticket office.
- 10 Jump Squats at the bottom of the stairs
- Run up the stairs
- 9 Jump Squats at the top of the stairs
- Run back down
- 8 Jump Squats at the bottom of the stairs
- …and etc. until you get to 1 Jump Squat
