YHC was remembering the fun of Merkin March and thought it would be a worthy time to revive the days of 200 merkins before breakfast and shoulder pain all day!
warmup: SSH x 25, WMH x 10, IW x 10, Arm circles x 10, mountain climber x 20, single count merkins x 25, dive bomber merkins x 10, spiderman merkins x 10, double merkin burpees x 10.
The Thang:
Merkin Mile: stop every 1/4 mile for 25 merkins with straight run, lateral shuffle, and backwards run in between
1/4 mile bear crawl plus hand release merkins. This was a partner event with partner1 bear crawling while partner2 does 15 hand release merkins then run to catch partner1 and switch.

Total Numbers: 200ish merkins, 60 cadence count dips, 2 miles of various forms of travel. Only complaints were from Shakeit and Fife who both wanted more bear crawl distance and some burpees. Sorry guys… next time.
