Originally, Banana Skin and I were going to do a Midnight Cowboy themed workout. He was going to play Ratso and I was going to be Joe Buck. No joke. However, once I realized it was going to be Banana's VQ, and then 2.0's joined in, I realized that the gigolo and madame storyline might not play well. The soundtrack music, as the background, was going to be classic. It worked out because the temps were frigid and I would have struggled to wear a cowboy hat without a toboggan underneath.

Banana and I re-wrote the workout. He loves the PAX of F3, as it's been very special to him. He's in great shape for a 10-year-old because of F3.

I reached out to a few dudes and found out that Flappy had been in Paris doing some research for his new restaurant. Flapjack flew in last night and made it out to TBR just for Banana Skin. That's a special story and the kind of dedication to PAX that I can't describe. Brotox also made it out, despite his own 2.0's having basketball games.

We were expecting about 10-12 guys. Spam was OOT, Sharktank is sick, Singlet is sick, Quicken is in south Georgia, Count is at a private rucking event with Cosmo; I believe Cherry Baked is there, too; and we've got a lot of folks experiencing different things in their lives. Welcome 2022. I prepared Banana for a small turnout, especially given a 40 degree difference in temperatures from last week.

The TBR guys never fail to inspire and surprise. Uzi and I believe that EC set a record of 17 guys. We didn't prepare for that at all. 34 PAX came to ME with a solid amount of 2.0's. What a day for George!

Warm-up: Maraschino burpees, monkey humpers, Malware Squats, and SSH

We did Jack Webb Humpers (we added the humpers);

Jack Webb Humpers:
5 IC bear crawl, then 1 merkin, 4 air presses IC, and then 5 monkey humpers IC;
2 merkins, 8 air presses, 10 monkey humpers;
3 merkins, 12 air presses, 15 monkey humpers,
We progressed to 6 merkins and then went to the parking deck
Level to Level:
Travel burpee up first level 10 fig newtons; second level, crawl bear, 10 fig newtons and 15 dry docks, third level bear crawl, 10 figs, 15 docks, and 20 hammers, 4th travel burpee, we added 25 plank jax

We probably should have stayed in the parking deck, but Banana wanted to do tunnel of love races, so we jetted about 250 meters away
