The call of the fartsack has been strong for YHC lately. That fact along with some challenging situations in my personal life and a bit of recent illness has led to me posting les than I should, so when Nitro reached out to me last week asking if I could trade Q’s with him for this morning, to say that I was non-committal would be an understatement. But I said I could probably make it happen. I admittedly did not put a great deal of time into planning this one – I just did a quick search of WODs and came across the Fat Amy which I’d recalled doing previously and thinking it kinda sucked. That was enough for me – so I went to bed later than I’d hoped and managed to defeat the fart sack monster in time to meet 3 PAX for some Ruck PT EC. Thanks to Brotox for calling that one out.

Announcements:
-BC Holiday Extravaganza next Thursday 12/16 at The Wall AO 8PM. BYOB
-F3 is specifically designed to be for men and part of that reason is that we call on each other for accountability in a way that we probably cannot/should not do to women who are not part of our immediate family. Reminder that we can and should rely on this group for that.
COT:
YHC has been going through some pretty nasty shit in my personal life and it’s likely to get worse before it gets better. I continue to be grateful for this group and these men for providing me with an opportunity to always have a place where I can start my day in a healthy fashion with good men and some laughs. Thanks to all of the PAX of Churham for being there for me and my family right now. Until next time – AYE!
