YHC had planned a series of pyramids to be performed en-route to & through Mosaic, but during the first pyramid he tweaked his back (darn Groiner) and quickly had to improvise by scrapping the traveling and sprinkle in some JohnnyDramas & Dips to burn the time otherwise taken up by traveling. Next time add some good-morning and downward-dogs to the warmup. – lesson learned.
