  • Little Baby Arm Circles – 12 Cadence
  • Imperial Walkers – 10 Cadence

The Thang:

  • Jog to Lower Parking Log
    • Start from standing, crawl out to a plank, push back up to a stand – 45 sec
    • Add 1 Shoulder Tap (each shoulder) – 45 sec
    • Add 2 Mountain Climbers (cadence count) – 45 sec
    • Add 3 Merkins – 45 sec
    • Add 4 Jump Squats – 1 min
  • Jog to Picnic Tables
    • 3 Sets of the following round of exercises for 2 min each
      • 5 Step Ups
      • 6 Derkins
      • 7 Erkins
      • 8 Dips
    • Ab exercise in between each set
  • Jog to front of school
    • 3 sets of the following round of exercises for 2 min each
      • 9 Burpees
      • 10 Jump Ups
      • 11 Donkey Kicks
      • 12 Apollo Ohnos
    • Ab exercise in between each set
