  • Plank hold/broad jump over PAX to front
  • Low squat hold/Run to front

At the soccer stadium:

  • In partners – alternate one partner making a lap around a section of seating (up and down stairs) while other partner works on 100 superman merkins (tummy time merkins), 200 star crunches (diaper changers), and 300 jump squats (baby pickups) – (inspired by Arthur)

Return to Hooker fields:

  • PAX bear crawl 6 yards – do a merkin, crawl bear back – do 2 merkins. Continue until reaching 13 merkins (inspired by Catskill)

Mosey to parking deck cinder blocks:

  • 20 curls, 20 deadlifts, 15 derkins, 10 erkins (sp?)

Mosey back to AO for Mary:

  • Legend leads 20 burpees
  • Splashback leads 40 flutter kicks
  • YHC leads 20 Homer to Marge
  • Uzi leads 1 minute of high and low plank hold
