Warm-Up
SSH x38 led by Knope because YHC was less than a minute late. No penalty burpees though.

3 exercises, 8 reps
YHC used the Dirty MacDeuce workout as an outline. YHC chose three exercises (one arm, one leg, and one core) and did 8 reps of each. We completed 5 sets of each exercise and then took a lap around CCB Plaza. The goal was to get in 38 sets, but we were able to complete 31 sets in the allotted time.
Sets 1-5: 8 merkins, 8 squats, 8 WWIIs
Sets 6-10: 8 wide merkins, 8 jump squats, 8 flutters
Sets 11-15: 8 diamond merkins, 8 jump lunges, 8 hello dollies
Sets 16-20: 8 merkin jacks, 8 burp jacks, 8 box cutters
Sets 21-25: 8 derkins, 8 box jumps, 8 LBCs
Sets 26-31: 8 irkins, 8 bulgarian split squats, 8 freddie mercuries
For the math geeks out there (YHC and T.I.) we completed 248 merkins, 248 leg reps, and 248 ab reps. Hopefully everyone got their money’s worth.
