YHC continued the birthday week Q-stravaganza at the closest AO to home.
Warm up of the usual stuff mixed in with several sets of SSH to keep everyone warm.
The Thang:
Mosey to the back hardtop behind the school and circle up with lots of space. The PAX did 3 sets of tabata-style, every minute on the minute exercises.
The first was 10 burpees for 10 minutes…100 burpees.
Then lunges, starting with 10 (alternating in cadence) and working up to 18 and back down to 10 over 10 minutes…122 lunges
Then merkins, 10, 10, 12, 12, 14, 14, 12, 12, 10, 10…116 merkins in 10 minutes (roughly, YHC cut some minutes short as PAX were getting cold waiting for the next set, which was all part of the experience).
(my math may be off here…it’s been a week)
So, the question is, did we do a tabata workout or an emom workout?
Can’t remember if we did mary in back or at the AO but it involved 48 reps!
