2 PAX met for EC pull-ups and came to the realization that Bunyan’s Qs are always going to be memorable (and in all seriousness, that’s a good thing). Some chatter happened at the ME about how you can get injured just getting out of bed when you get old, and then….
Warm-up: SSHs, Frankenstein’s, WMHs, and mountain climbers, a little stretch to try to prevent old age injuries and then mosey to the courthouse. Workout was going to be mostly circuits.
Courthouse: high-low planks/in-out v-sit/globe jumps
Old courthouse: dips/peoples chair/balls to the wall
Some bear crawls en route to the warped wall by Hardees
Derkins/warped wall jump ups/D’ski abs
Some burpees and moving lunges en route to grabbing a rock for American hammers/squat curls/WWIIs. This also included a discussion about how we don’t often listen to NPR but when we do, it relates to an F3 workout
Back to AO for flutter kicks, leg through planks (or whatever Yanni calls them), side leg raises and leg raise planks.

It’s always good when it’s a good workout and allows some fellowship too. It’s always a pleasure to workout together and to have the opportunity to lead.
