2 lonesome ruckers circled their way around the Rashkis campus for a pre-dawn course layout at OCL. As the headlights began to trickle into the parking lot, we circled up for YHC”s attempt to prove that the DOB on the driver”s license must somehow be incorrect.
The Warmup

Willie Mays Hayes (x10 IC)
Since we were to be covering some ground around the dark OCL perimeter, we took an early, leisurely loop around our course to showcase the layout for the PAX.
The OCL circuit-pyramid covered a .5 mile loop around Rashkis & included the following stations, each of which was positioned along the course.
– Merkins
– Burpees
– Merkins
– WWIIs
– BWS
– Pullups
After quickly dividing into 2 teams, each team grabbed their sandbag and alternated between the 40lb & 60lb bag as their designated coupon. The PAX launched up the hill to the first station: burpees (x5). The teams were instructed to stay together, then move to the next station: merkins (x5)…then WWIIs (x5)…BWS (x5)….Pullups (x5) – and return to the start.
Given the aforementioned pyramid, the next cycle increased each rep count up by 5 to total of 10. Repeato (Merkins x10…Burpees x10…Merkins x10…WWIIs…x10…BWS x10… Pullups x10 and return to start.
Repeato (x15 reps/each).
Repeato (x20 reps/each).
Repeato (x15) reps/each.
Following the final lap, Elf asked YHC the new official age that I have to declare for the next 364 days during COT: 39. His suggestion was for a quick set of 39 merkins to honor the new (bigger) number…so we all obliged and finished out with 39 more for the #MegaDoc.
