12 men showed up this morning to help mark the 50th trip around the sun for YHC. 4 got in an EC 5K, 2 got lost on a ruck and 1 dummy banged out 150 pull-ups because he”s stronger than you. Since it was pretty obvious what we”d be counting to it was only a matter of what we”d be doing. Since I”m getting old and my mind is going I figured might as well keep it simple so nothing to do but get started.

Run over to THG and down the stairs to the parking deck. Divide into two groups. One group runs 10 flights of stairs while the other group stays behind to knock out an exercise.

The plan was to do five rounds but there was only time for three. We”ll finish them another time.
Off to the green for the burpee mile. PAX were to do 11 burpees and run a lap, 12 burpees and run a lap, 13 burpees and run a lap. For the last lap, the option was 14 burpees or 12 oz of an adult beverage so that when complete you would have 50 burpees or less with the beverage counting towards your total. We finished at 6:33 so no time for Mary.
In re-reading this it seems like we didn”t do much but we covered a lot of ground for 45 minutes straight. Maybe YHC is just getting old. Maybe I need a nap.
