Six PAX came out for YHC”s virgin Q at the Goat. Aiming to get some miles under our belts, the work out focused on distance rather than speed.

The Thang:
A total of 6 miles that took us down Ridge Road to Manning, up Manning to South Columbia, and up South Columbia to South Road. Continued down Raleigh Road and cut through to South Christopher Road. Down South Christopher Road to Fern Lane and onto Laurel Hill. Up (and up and up) Laurel Hill to Country Club Road and out to South Road. Up South Road to Stadium Drive, then down Stadium Drive to Ridge Road. Up Ridge Road and back to Fetzer for one last loop around the track.
