The Thang:
- 1 to 4 ratio: Squats and Lunges, up to 10 Squats and 50 Lunges
- 1 to 5 ratio: Hand-Clap Merkins and Dips, up to 10 HCMs and 50 dips
- 1 to 3 ratio: Sprint the four tennis courts and burpees, up to 5 sprints and 15 burpees
