A grand total of 55 Squats, 220 Lunges, 55 Hand-Clap Merkins, 275 Dips, 15 50 yard sprints, and 45 burpees, all executed to the tune of Dan Taylors, Jack (D) Webbs (D is for Dip), and a tennis court Jack Webb-inspired burpee-and-sprint fest that I guess we”ll call the Sweaty Webbs.
The Thang:

  • 1 to 4 ratio: Squats and Lunges, up to 10 Squats and 50 Lunges
  • 1 to 5 ratio: Hand-Clap Merkins and Dips, up to 10 HCMs and 50 dips
  • 1 to 3 ratio: Sprint the four tennis courts and burpees, up to 5 sprints and 15 burpees
