Carlos Ray Norris (aka. Chuck Norris) was born 80 years ago today, and then the world started turning. As I am writing this BB and reading all the Chuck Norris jokes, I realized that I missed an amazing opportunity for a hilarious and awesome workout. I will do better next year on ole Chuck’s b-day. Although I will have to figure out how to recreate an exercise around that time Chuck Norris strangled someone with a cordless phone. Little know fact: When Bruce Banner gets mad he turns into the Hulk. When the Hulk gets mad he turns into Chuck Norris. When Chuck Norris gets mad, RUN!

Warmup laps with high knees, butt kickers, backwards runs, skips and an excelerator
80 x Chuck Norris Punches with a low squat hold
8 x burpees (the first of 10 sets in honor or Chuck’s 80th)
The Thang: Mosey around to the tables, with a couple stops for 8xburpees. In honor of today’s date (3/10) we did 3 sets of 10 reps of cadence dips and Derkins. 8xburpees before heading to the playground. 3×10 pullups and cadence squats, followed up with 8xburpees. Mosey to the lower swings for 3×10 swerkins and merkins followed by 8xburpees. Bearcrawl back to the playground for 8xburpees. Pit stop at the tables for 8xinclineburpees.
Mary: Stopped at the dumpsters for some impromptu Mary, because there was a long straight away necessary for the ever favorite 100 meter sprint ab exercise. If memory serves me correctly we did some heels to heaven, flutters, and LBC with some more ChuckNorris punches and 2 sprints.
Needed to kill alittle time so we did some bunnyhops and skips before heading back to the flag.
