YHC has been dragging the last couple of days so was grateful for the opportunity and responsibility to Q this morning.
Warm up: SSH, Willie Mays, Imperial Walker, Arm Circles (both directions), Mountain Climber, Merkins, a lap around both soccer fields, and 10 burpees.
The Thang: Big and Little Escalators
Big Escalator (around both soccer fields) x2: First mode of travel was running with a set of merkins beginning with 10 and increasing by 5 at each corner of the field. Second mode of travel was running backwards with Carolina Dry Docks as the exercise.
Little Escalator (around one soccer field) x3: First mode of travel was side shuffle with a set of LBCs as the exercise beginning with 10 and increasing by 5 at each corner of the field. Second mode of travel was karaoke with WWIIs as the exercise. Third mode of travel was lunge walking (modified by bear crawl if desired) with squats as the exercise.
Mary: 1 minute of flutter kicks. We all later did a 35 count low plank hold in honor of Uzi and his M’s 35th wedding anniversary.
